Introduction to Command Prompt

Command Prompt, also known as cmd, is basicaly MS-DOS.
It is a program that allow you to execute certain commands in windows.

How to get cmd in Windows?

It's far most easy job.
There are different ways to open command prompt (cmd).


Let's Begin -

1. Click on Start > Run > Type cmd.
If it doesn't work, try by typing cmd.exe

2. Open Notepad > Type "command" (without quotes)
Save it as "cmd.bat" (without quotes). Just make sure the extension is .bat
Double click on it, yeah! cmd is there..

3. Right Click on Desktop > New > Shortcut > Type "command" (without quotes) > Press Enter.
And cmd is there on your desktop.

4. Simply Goto Start > Accessories > Command Prompt
Here, it is....

5. Goto C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd
And, here opens cmd! lol..
